| 5/13/08 Senior II practice on Thursday will occur during the South Blue practice. Also, please remember that there is no Red, Blue, or Senior practices this Friday or Saturday due to the meet. | ||||||||||||||

Tonawanda meet information. All families...On Friday,
the 400 IM, 800 free, and the 1500 free will be limited to 48
combined swimmers. The 3rd and 4th heats will swim
together (2 per lane - side by side) and the 5th and 6th heat
will swim together (2 per lane - side by side). The
swimmer on the left will start and stay on that side while the
swimmer on the right will start about 20-30 seconds later and
stay on the right side. This is a great way to get more
kids to compete in longer events due to time constrictions. The 400 free on Saturday may also be run this way. Also, we will need 2 timers for each swimmer. STAR has 27 swimmers competing in the 1500 free so we will need everyone to be ready. This should be very exciting! |
